Chelmsford Cobras Ladies Ice Hockey Team

The Cobras are always looking for new players to join the team for training.

No previous playing experience is necessary, although it may help if you've skated once or twice before !!

Training is Friday evening at Riverside Ice & Leisure Centre, 10:45pm - 12:15am and costs £60 a month which includes training, games and travel to away games (the first three sessions for new players are free).

Hockey kit can be very expensive to buy new, but you can usually pick up a second-hand kit for around £150. We have some spare kit in the team, which can be borrowed if you want to just try out. But make sure you give us as much notice as possible if you wanted to borrow it on a Friday night.

You are welcome to attend training, without having to commit yourself to signing up for the team.

We are a close team and always really enjoy ourselves, both playing and socially. There is no age limit, our team currently ranges from 15 upwards
